Refunds and damaged goods
We will refund or exchange the products you purchased from our website within 21 days if they are not damaged or used. We would like to mention that the refund policy will not apply to our sale products. Furthermore, please note that the return postage charges are paid by the customers.
Please make sure before you send us the garments that you will notify us through an e-mail about the product reference number and your details at: info@cooljunior.se
If the products purchased from us you have received them upon arrival damaged we will refund you after we have received them together with proof of the purchase. Please note that some items have pre-stressed or worn designs from manufacturing and this will be shown on their label.
Complaints
In case of any complaint we will try to solve the situation in an effective and fairly manner. We will recognize your complaint within five working days and we will inform you about a time scale for solving it.
Please note that we will keep you updated of the progress of your matter on a continuing basis at all times.
